Hannah is a Minnesota wedding floral designer based out of the Twin Cities, who specializes in intentional garden-inspired designs by using romantic and high-quality seasonal blooms. As an environmentalist at heart, she chooses local, chemical free flowers as much as possible, that not only reduce the carbon footprint, but also help local pollinators. She also donates to a pollinator non-profit every year.
My Story
Hi, I’m Hannah!
My love of flowers and nature first appeared at a very young age. I spent countless hours outside in my backyard sewer pond, taking pictures, playing with frogs and snakes, and picking wildflowers. I was covered in bug bites, filthy with dirt, and branding the biggest smile. I have always loved the environment, and actually have a undergrad and master’s degree in environmental science. Nature > everything else.
My story took a turn in June 2020 when I opened this sustainable floral design business. Fast forward 5 years, I get to work with the most amazing clients and vendors for their artful and intentional weddings and events & it is truly the best job in the world. Being environmentally and health conscious, I am proud to be a 100% foam-free florist.
In April 2021 my husband (Peter) and I purchased 17 acres in Medina, MN and sell produce and eggs to our local community. Follow @minnefarmco on Instagram for updates!
