How far in advance should we book you?
Most couples book our full service wedding floral design services 9–12 months in advance, especially for summer and fall weddings in Minnesota. If your date is sooner, reach out — we sometimes have openings for last-minute wedding flowers in the Twin Cities.
Do you require a minimum spend?
Yes — for full-service garden-style wedding flowers in Minnesota, I have a $7,000 minimum. This ensures we can provide you with the attention you deserve, source premium blooms, create custom designs, and provide professional delivery and setup. Smaller events and à la carte options are available seasonally. That being said, if you have a smaller wedding or event and flowers are super important to you, feel free to still reach out to see if we can make some magic happen together.
Do you offer packages or is everything custom?
Everything is customized to your style, wedding venue, and season. We specialize in unique, garden-inspired wedding flowers — never cookie-cutter packages. That being said, we do offer à la carte options for those just needing a couple bouquets and bouts.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?
You absolutely can, and we will do everything we can to accommodate requests however… If for whatever reason a certain flower isn’t available, we’ll suggest the best seasonal substitutes that fit your vision. We cannot guarantee specific flowers as we are all at the will of mother nature and shipping companies :)
Do you offer mock-ups or sample arrangements?
We can absolutely provide centerpiece or installation mock-ups for large-scale wedding floral designs for an additional fee. That being said, if the mock up takes place during a different season than your wedding date, keep in mind that things may looks a bit different and flower options will vary.
Do you deliver and set up the flowers?
Yes — we handle everything for our full-service Minneapolis wedding packages. From delivery, setup, and styling so every arrangement looks picture-perfect at your venue, and tear down. Depending on availability, delivery and set up for a la carte clients may be available for an additional fee.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Loretto, MN, and serve Minneapolis and St. Paul (the Twin Cities) and greater Minnesota and Wisconsin areas. We also travel for destination weddings.
Do you use locally grown flowers?
Yes — during Minnesota’s growing season (April-October), we source wedding flowers from local flower farms and wholesalers to ensure the freshest, highest-quality blooms for your event.
Do you use foam-free mechanics?
Yes — we ONLY design with sustainable, foam-free floral mechanics and reuse single use plastics as much as possible.
How do you minimize waste after an event?
After your wedding, any flowers not sent home with guests are composted, vases and mechanics are reused, and — if you’d like — we can deliver arrangements to local organizations so they can be enjoyed a little longer (additional labor fee applies).
Can you accommodate last-minute changes?
We’ll always do our best to make adjustments, but changes must be finalized no later than 2 weeks before your event. This ensures we can order flowers, prep designs, and schedule our team without compromising quality.
